Can Twins From Same Mothers Have Different Fathers? by Gistreal(m): Sat 19, March, 2022 |
Answer - Yes!
The rare occurrence is know as Heteropaternal Superfecundation. If a woman releases two eggs and then have sex with two different men within a day, before or after ovulation, both eggs can be fertilized. Heterpaternal Superfecundation comes to light, if a suspicious partner requests for a DNA test of the twins. Credit: Google
