Natalie Denise Suleman is a woman who took special interest in having her babies via IVF (simply put, IVF is the process of fertilizing a woman's egg with sperm in a laboratory— after which the fertilized egg is implanted into the woman's or a surrogate's uterus).

In less than 10 years, Natalie had six children (4 sons and 2 daughters) via IVF.

Then in 2009, a mistake happened.

Natalie had 6 embryos left from her previous IVF procedures and she didn't want them destroyed because that's like killing babies. So, she asked her doctor to implant all the 6 embryos in her uterus at once.

That was already wrong, because according to strict medical standards, a woman of her age wasn't supposed to carry more than 3 embryos.

But as though the wrong wasn't enough, her doctor mistakenly transferred 12 embryos into her uterus.
Natalie ended up giving birth to 8 babies at once. All her 8 babies survived.

Her doctor's license was withdrawn and he was expelled from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine due to the mistake.

Natalie herself received death threats, from Americans who believed she will burden taxpayers because the government will have to use taxes paid by other people to support her in raising the kids.
Natalie claimed she can raise her kids without government's support. And she proved it by working as a porn actress, musician and show host.
